The Windsor Police Service is only accepting online Elder Abuse reports from Nursing Homes and Long-Term Care Facilities at this time. If you are not a representative of one of these agencies please call Non Emergency number @ 519-258-6111 to report your incident.
Elder Abuse Definition
Elder and Vulnerable adult abuse is any harm done to an elderly or vulnerable person caused by a relative, friend, caregiver, or a person on whom the victim depends on for their basic needs.
Examples of abuse include:
Physical abuse, financial abuse, neglect, mental abuse, medication abuse, violation of civil/human rights.
Please Note - Windsor Police cannot accept online reports involving sexual assaults or assaults resulting in injury of an elderly or vulnerable person. Please call 519-258-6111 to report an incident meeting those criteria.
